Lindsay Callahan Named NSCA All-American
Lindsay Callahan recieved yet another post-season award from the National Strength and Conditioning Asociation. The association honored 247 athletes from 96 schools. "Strength and conditioning to me is all about mental toughness," Callahan said. "It isn't really about physical strength; it's about being able to push your body to its potential and never taking a day off. I look to my teammates and coaches to be able to do this day in and day out." Congratulations to Lindsay!
